The ECO2012 Organising Committee has developed an exciting social programme which offers an excellent opportunity to network with old and new friends and to experience Lyon at its vibrant best.  We urge you to book tickets at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid disappointment.

The welcome ceremony will feature welcome addresses, EASO Young Investigator Award presentations and live entertainment designed to highlight the vibrant culture and history of Lyon.

Following the welcome ceremony, guests are invited to the welcome reception held in the exhibition hall where they can meet and interact with colleagues in an enjoyable environment. The welcome reception will feature an exciting menu from Lyon, the gastronomic capital of France.

The Chapelle de la Trinité is a listed building, regarded as one of the finest jewels of Baroque architecture. It offers the finest decor, with its coating of Carrara marble, its Tuscan pilasters, ornamentation of its vault and its Baroque chandeliers.

In a tasteful illuminated atmosphere, a refined buffet will be provided to guests from 8PM, while a Jazz band will perform during the party.
